Annual Membership
The Raleigh-Durham Chapter is composed of MBAs, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and business students whose mission is to lead in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for the African-American community. Membership is based on the National Associations guidelines.

The NBMBAA offers four categories for membership. With Full membership, Associate membership, Student membership, and Lifetime membership, there’s a level that provides the benefits you need and the access you want. All non-lifetime NBMBAA memberships are for one year from the date enrollment or renewal.

Full Membership
Full Membership is available to individuals with an advanced management degree in any field(MBA, MHA, MPA, MS, MA, JD, etc.).

Associate Membership
Associate Membership is available to individuals without an advanced degree, but with extensive experience or entrepreneurial success.

Student Membership
Student Membership is available to individuals who are enrolled in any graduate degree program (a two-year limit). New/Renewing members need to submit evidence of matriculation into a graduate degree program (i.e. a copy of a current school ID card or registration).

Lifetime Membership
Lifetime Membership status is available to any member who makes the financial commitment to the full or associate lifetime status.
