Mission Statement
Our mission as a professional membership organization of Black graduates with MBAs, advanced degrees, business professionals, entrepreneurs and graduate students, is to increase the number as well as the diversity of successful Blacks in the business community by:
1) Providing innovative programs to stimulate members’ intellectual and economic growth
2) Building partnerships with key stakeholders to help facilitate this growth
3) Increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate management education programs and career opportunities in management fields
4) Developing the pipeline of youth by providing a framework to deploy business practices
Vision Statement
The NBMBAA’s vision is to be an organization that leads in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for Blacks.
