Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT) Program
Vision
Program is designed to expand the cadre of future minority students who enter college through: Mentoring and Coaching
Collegiate Preparation Workshops
Scholarship Opportunities.
Program also exposes minority youth to business professionals and assist in identifying positive career and educational options.
Target Market
High School students who demonstrate leadership talent, with a grade point average of C or better; but require additional motivational factors in their life.
Criteria
Academic Achievement: High school students with C average or above. The goal is balance – academic achievers mixed with lower academically performing students.
School Context:
Urban public/parochial suburban, etc.
Grade Level and Years of Participation: 9th, 10th, 11th grade.

Application essay
Interview
Grade level & academic achievement
