Scholarships

The Raleigh-Durham Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. is proud to announce its Scholarship Program.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Be a minority student
Be enrolled either part or full time graduate business or management program
Be enrolled in a College or University in the United States
Be available to attend the Raleigh Durham Chapter Corporate Reception in September, 2007
Agree to become a member of the Raleigh Durham Chapter and participate on Student Relations Committee

Scholarship Procedures
(1) Complete the application form.
(2) The application, essay and official transcript must be postmarked by TBD.
(3) Winners will be notified by TBD.
(4) The local chapter will present the scholarship awards.
(5) The scholarship check is disbursed to the recipient directly from the National Headquarters office.

    Undergraduate Scholarship Program

This year we will award a $1,000 scholarship to a qualified minority undergraduate student. If you are interested in applying for this award please follow the guidelines below.

Undergraduate Scholarship Requirements
(1) Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time accredited business or management undergraduate program, working toward a Bachelor’s degree.
(2) Applicants must submit a two-page double-spaced typewritten essay.
(3) Applicants must submit (with their application) official stamped high school and (if applicable) college transcripts.
(4) Applicants must submit the completed application along with the two-page essay and official transcripts to the following participating NBMBAA Local Chapter:

    Graduate Scholarship Program

This year we will award 2 $1,500 scholarship to a qualified minority Graduate students. If you are interested in applying for this award please follow the guidelines below.

Scholarship Requirements
(1) Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time accredited business or management Graduate program, working toward a MBA degree.
(2) Applicants must submit a two-page double-spaced typewritten essay.
(3) Applicants must submit (with their application) official stamped high school and college transcripts.
(4) Applicants must submit the completed application along with the two-page essay and official transcripts to the following participating NBMBAA Local Chapter:
